- 120g milk chocolate chips
- 60g butter
- 120g icing sugar
- 60g desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

- Pour the Chex cereal into a large bowl. Set it aside while you prepare the chocolate mixture.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the caramel sauce and sea salt into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal and gently stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine the icing sugar and desiccated coconut. Add the coated cereal and shake vigorously until the cereal is completely covered in the mixture.
- Spread the puppy chow in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it cool completely before serving.
